Lead nursing digitalisation and EMR initiatives Act as liaison between clinical teams and IT to optimise workflows Support project implementation (requirements, UAT, roll-out and support) Drive process improvement and innovation initiatives Evaluate and implement healthcare technologies and system integration Deliver training, user support, and stakeholder engagement Job Requirement: Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Nursing or equivalent Formal training/certification in Nursing Informatics, Health Informatics, Quality Improvement or Project Management is preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in acute care Experience in project implementation (e.g., UAT, training, requirements) Exposure to EMR, digitalisation or healthcare IT systems Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
