Job Summary Conduct property valuations and inspections independently while collaborating effectively with team members to deliver accurate and timely appraisal reports for various property types. Responsibilities Perform property indications, inspections, and formal valuations for commercial, residential, and specialised properties to support financial and development decisions Communicate valuation findings clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats to stakeholders Manage valuation assignments independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SISV and industry standards Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service aligned with company objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Real Estate or equivalent qualification Other Information Work schedule: 5.5-day work week; Saturday work subject to management requests
