Responsibilities:

Establishing the school's mission, creating realistic School Improvement Plans (SIP), and ensuring full compliance with educational regulations and local policies.

Overseeing curriculum implementation, setting high academic standards, monitoring student performance data, and encouraging innovative teaching methodologies.

Recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating teachers and support staff. This includes organising sustained professional development and fostering a collaborative, motivating work environment.

 Taking ultimate responsibility for child protection policies, promoting positive behaviour, and addressing mental health and pastoral support needs.
