LOGISTICS OFFICER

The Dive Operations Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing the inventory, procurement, and distribution of dive equipment and merchandise across all company branches. This role ensures that all equipment requests are accurately consolidated, processed, and delivered in a timely and cost-efficient manner, while also supporting supplier coordination, documentation, and logistics planning. In addition, the role requires close coordination with the Accounting Department to ensure that supplier invoices are properly submitted, verified, and processed for timely payment, contributing to smooth end-to-end procurement and financial workflows.

Qualifications/Requirements: Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or logistics operations

Familiarity with dive equipment and technical gear

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory or procurement software

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to drive and travel for supplier coordination and pick-ups (must have a valid driver’s license)
