ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

The Accounting Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily accounting operations across all dive centers, departments, and the entire company. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, inter-branch settlements, payroll processing, and financial reporting. The position reviews and consolidates branch reports, reconciles accounts, verifies supporting documents, and ensures compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies. The position also plays a key role in supporting the Accounting Head in preparing management reports, audits, and government remittances.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or any business-related course, or with at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. • Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
