PT CCM Cosmetic Trading | Multi-Brand Beauty & Cosmetics Company | KANS | One Leaf We are a rapidly growing Chinese beauty FMCG company expanding our business operations in Indonesia, and we are looking for a Regulatory & Halal Professional to join our growing team. Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Halal Supervisor (Penyelia Halal) Certification.
• Possess a valid Pharmacist Certification/Professional Pharmacist Qualification.
• Have a good understanding of Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH) and halal certification requirements.
• Understand halal compliance, documentation, and implementation processes.
• Strong attention to detail with good administrative and documentation skills.
• Responsible, organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food & beverage, or related industries is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH).
• Ensure that materials, production processes, storage, and distribution comply with applicable halal requirements.
• Coordinate and support the halal certification and renewal process.
• Prepare, maintain, and ensure the completeness of halal-related documentation.
• Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of halal compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant external parties regarding halal certification and compliance.
• Ensure continuous compliance with applicable halal standards and regulations.
