Bell Captain

This role reports to Chief Concierge. Job Description

• To supervise and train the Bell team, ensuring fair task delegation and adherence to grooming standards.
• To deploy porters based on operational needs, managing entrance activities like traffic control and taxi bookings.
• To maintain and oversee the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, driveway, and baggage room, including audits and inventory checks.
• To handle guest inquiries related to local tours and directions in the absence of the Concierge.
• To ensure the functionality of concierge equipment and perform additional front office duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as Porter will be a plus.
• Well-groomed and immaculate appearance.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and pleasant disposition.
• Knowledge on Opera PMS System preferred.
