Your tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
- Must have an excellent communication and presentation skills and confident to speak
- An excellent story teller to persuade clients and close a deal
- Ability to market and drive sales to achieve monthly sales target.
- To plan and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Foam Concrete Panel products.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital and traditional media
- Continuous visiting of client project site and marketing and promote Foam Concrete Panel products.
- Prepare and submit monthly marketing report to Management and attend Marketing meeting weekly.
- Ability to lead a team and being a team player
- Must have an understanding and in-dept knowledge in Built Environment, Real Estate and Construction industry.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- General Education Degree in Marketing/Commerce or any other related fields
- Professional Qualification Professional Marketer 4 to 10years
Knowledge Competencies / Skills
- Built Environment, Real Estate and Construction industry.
- Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients and customers where applicable.
- Familiarity with Ready mix concrete business and construction industry management.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making.
- Understanding of industry best practices.
- Creativity, adaptability and familiar with current marketing trends
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
