Job description

As a Secondary English Teacher at Capital School Dubai, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in line with the UK A Levels curriculum. You will inspire students to develop strong language skills, critical thinking abilities, and an appreciation of literature. The role requires planning effective teaching strategies, assessing student progress, and contributing positively to the school community.

Skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant field (minimum requirement)

At least 2 years of teaching experience in secondary education with UK curriculum exposure preferred

Strong knowledge of the UK A Levels syllabus for English Language and Literature

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to create dynamic lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs

Proficient classroom management skills

Competent in using educational technology tools
