About the role A well established regional law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a busy, multi-disciplinary team. The role sits within a department that acts for both commercial clients and private individuals, handling a broad caseload of civil litigation matters. Key responsibilities Advise individual and business clients across a wide spread of disputes, including boundary disagreements, defamation, nuisance claims (public and private), harassment, and Party Wall Act matters. Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation files from instruction through to resolution. What we're looking for A qualified Solicitor or CILEX member holding Dispute Resolution Practising Rights, with post-qualification experience across a range of civil litigation matters. A genuine commitment to excellent client care and service. Prior experience of commercial litigation work (desirable, not essential) Advocacy experience in the Civil Courts (desirable, not essential) Experience using various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Willingness to get involved in business development
