This role requires proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Tire Technician will be responsible for ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles through effective tire services.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs using appropriate hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear, damage, and proper inflation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and offering recommendations based on their needs.
- Assist with heavy lifting of tires and other automotive components as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements related to tire technology.
*Experience*
- Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar automotive repair role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
