We are building a growing team across education, training, employment, marketing, sales, and operations.

The HR & Recruitment Manager will be responsible for helping us recruit and build the team while managing the basic HR processes required as the organization grows.

During the first few months, the main focus will be recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. As the team grows, the role will gradually include broader HR responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare and publish job vacancies on Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

Source and screen candidates for different positions.

Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews with department managers and senior management.

Maintain a clear recruitment tracker for all open positions.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate offers, hiring documentation, and onboarding.

Conduct reference checks when required.

Maintain employee and contractor records.

Support attendance, leave, contracts, and HR documentation.

Prepare and coordinate payroll information.

Support basic performance follow-up and employee-related matters.

Help establish simple and practical HR procedures as the company grows.

The initial recruitment priorities will include positions in operations, marketing, sales, business development, education programs, training, and candidate/customer support.

Success means consistently providing management with strong shortlisted candidates, filling vacancies within reasonable timelines, keeping recruitment organized, onboarding new employees smoothly, and main taining clear HR records and processes.

3–7 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.

Strong practical experience in recruitment and candidate screening.

Good interviewing and candidate-evaluation skills.

Ability to recruit for different functions such as sales, marketing, operations, and customer-facing roles.

Highly organized and able to manage several vacancies simultaneously.

Comfortable working in a growing organization where processes are still being developed.

Good understanding of onboarding and general HR administration.

Basic knowledge of attendance, payroll preparation, employee records, and HR documentation.

Good command of English and Arabic.

Hands-on, practical, proactive, and results-oriented.

Experience recruiting for sales, marketing, education, training, or operations roles is an advantage.
