STORE HELPER

Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and stocked according to company standards. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock shortages. Arrange product displays and promotional materials to maximize sales and visibility. Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of product shelves, racks, and display areas. Assist in implementing sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and special displays. Verify product expiration dates and remove damaged, expired, or unsellable items. Ensure accurate pricing and product labeling at all times. Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and retail staff. Follow company policies and merchandising guidelines to achieve sales targets. Perform other merchandising and field-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; College level is an advantage. Previous experience in merchandising, retail, sales, or customer service is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of inventory management and product display techniques. Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and arrange merchandise. Reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
