Training Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business objectives.

Prepare and manage the annual training budget and monitor expenditures.

Establish learning policies, procedures, and training standards.

Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments.

Design, coordinate, and deliver technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.

Develop onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

Manage leadership development, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

Coordinate mandatory legal, health & safety, and compliance training.

Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees in coordination with department

managers.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Train the Trainer

Experience 6–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development .

Experience in retail, hospitality, food & beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operations is preferred.
