Job Scope
- Plan, coordinate and supervise engineering and maintenance works.
- Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with specifications and standards.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, method statements and work schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, quality, costs and deadlines.
- Attend to technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities where applicable.
- Prepare quotations, material specifications and technical submissions.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant engineering experience, preferably in facilities management, building services or maintenance.
- Good knowledge of relevant codes, standards and safety requirements.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or relevant engineering software is an advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications or licences will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work on-site and respond to operational requirements when necessary.
