Handle post-contract administration, including progress claims, variations, EOT and final accounts. Prepare and review subcontractor packages, including tender evaluation, negotiation and awards. Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow and commercial performance. Manage subcontractors and suppliers on contractual and commercial matters. Review contracts, identify commercial risks and provide appropriate mitigation. Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts and commercial reports for management. Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants, clients and subcontractors to resolve commercial issues. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor.
