Job Description & Requirements This position is responsible for creating sales plans to meeting strategic organization goals, building membership, and providing strategic solutions for sales efforts including campaigns, tradeshows, and client acquisition. Plan and coordinate sales efforts and the organic movement. Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor. Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Formulate pricing policies. Determine daily coupons. Ensure pricing is correct.
