Real Estate Team Leader

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing sales division. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing team of property consultants. You will drive sales strategies, mentor agents to achieve individual and collective targets, and foster a culture of excellence and high performance in the real estate market.

Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, with a demonstrated track record as a Team Leader or in a comparable supervisory role.

Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, property valuation, closing techniques, and current industry trends.

Exceptional ability to recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales agents to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build strong client and team relationships.

Own a car and possess a valid driving license.

Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools, coupled with strong organizational and pipeline-management abilities.
