Construction Manager

1.Prepare cost estimates, manage project funds, and track daily expenses to prevent overruns. 2.Develop detailed timetables and coordinate the sequence of work from the pre-construction phase to completion. 3.Hire, train, and supervise specialized workers and subcontractors on the job site. 4.Ensure all on-site operations comply with building codes, environmental laws, and health and safety regulations. 5.Act as a central link between clients, architects, engineers, and local building inspectors. 6. Respond quickly to work delays, material shortages, or unexpected emergencies on-site.
