Furniture Production Manager

• 3–5 years of experience in furniture production management, workshop management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Basis-Mebelshchik and furniture technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machinery, preferably WDmax Drill Tech.
• Strong understanding of furniture production, MDF, plywood, veneer, and hardware.
• Proven ability to lead and manage production teams.
• Based in Indonesia, preferably Bali, and available to start promptly.
• Fluent in Russian and basic English; Indonesian is a strong advantage.
• Having an established team of craftsmen/operators in Indonesia is a plus.
