Starting : s soon as possible Working Hours : Full-time, 100% FTE, 40 hours per week with reduced working hours in the school holidays Salary Placement : Dependent on years of experience and based on in-house tariff agreement

Tasks

To support and assist Primary leadership with appointments, calendar management, correspondence, meeting and document preparation, as well as contributing to the planning, organisation and implementation of PYP projects To promote and safeguard the welfare of all children and young people in your care and adhere to the school’s Child Protection policies To allocate cover for Primary faculty and to create and maintain the Primary Duty schedule To administer Primary students’ attendance and notifications to parents To create and update operational forms on the Staff Portal To support Primary School events, including PTS conferences set-up and provide office translation into German

Profile

Qualification and/or experience in office administration Fluency in English and German in both spoken and written form Strong communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to fostering an inclusive and multicultural environment
