Bartender Service Crew

Working location: Gecko bar (Orchard MRT), VCK lounge (Somerset MRT) Working hours: 7pm- 3am ,monday -fri , sat and sun 7pm-4am, ot 1.5 if work in public holiday , sunday off

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced bartender to join our team at Sevenn Bar. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of beverage preparation, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the bar and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and bar equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
• Minimise wastage and ensure proper portion control.
• Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
• Handle customer requests and resolve service issues appropriately.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene and safety requirements.
• Support the team during busy periods and events.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender in a bar, nightclub, lounge, restaurant or entertainment venue is preferred.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers and other beverages.
• Customer-service oriented and outgoing personality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, reliable and well-groomed.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
