Paving Worker / Landscaping Construction Worker – Practical Skills

The position is suitable for candidates who have good practical skills, an aptitude for manual work and an interest in construction and outdoor work. A formal vocational qualification as a paving worker or landscaper is not required. Instead, we value practical experience, a good understanding of manual work, accuracy, reliability and the ability to learn new working methods. Main duties The work will primarily include: Paving and surfacing work

Laying paving stones, concrete slabs, cobblestones, kerbstones and other paving materials

Measuring, setting out and preparing work areas

Excavation and preparation of ground and sub-base

Levelling and compacting sub-base and sand

Cutting and adapting paving materials

Establishing and adjusting edges, levels and gradients

Minor landscaping and groundworks

Using hand tools and small construction machinery

General maintenance and cleaning of the work area

Following applicable health, safety and environmental regulations

The exact tasks may vary depending on the project and the employee's practical experience. We are looking for someone who Has a natural aptitude for practical and manual work

Is comfortable with physically demanding work

Works accurately and takes pride in the quality of their work

Can work independently based on instructions

Works well as part of a team

Is reliable, punctual and responsible

Is motivated to learn and develop practical skills

Preferably has previous experience in paving, landscaping, construction, groundworks, installation, renovation or other practical work

A formal vocational qualification is not required. Relevant practical experience from construction, civil works, groundworks, installation, renovation, agriculture or other practical occupations is considered an advantage. Language requirements English is an advantage. Danish is not required at the time of employment. However, the employee must be able to understand relevant work instructions and health and safety instructions sufficiently to perform the work safely. Salary and employment conditions The fixed and guaranteed salary is: DKK 37,500 gross per month for 37 hours of work per week. In addition, the employer provides an occupational pension in accordance with the applicable employment terms. The fixed cash salary corresponds to your qualifications The salary is fixed and guaranteed and is not dependent on bonuses, commissions or overtime. Employment conditions, including working hours, pension, holiday entitlement, overtime and notice periods, will be specified in the employment contract and will comply with applicable Danish legislation and customary Danish employment conditions for the position.
