SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily team operations, assign tasks and monitor project progress.
2. Provide guidance and support to team members, conduct performance follow‑up.
3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project delivery on schedule.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve team‑related work problems.
5. Prepare work reports and track team KPI.
6. Conduct on‑the‑job training for new team members.

Requirements:

1. At least 2‑3 years of supervisory experience in IT industry.
2. Good communication, coordination and leadership skills.
3. Familiar with IT project workflow.
4. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Good command of written and spoken English.
