Your Responsibilities

Contribute to and take ownership of individual workstreams within company-wide strategy projects focused on efficiency and top-line growth

Support the Corporate Development team across a broad portfolio of projects, from strategic initiatives to cross-functional efficiency and growth topics

Work hands-on with stakeholders across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Innovation

Take ownership of defined work packages, including research, analysis, documentation, and follow-up on next steps

Prepare and tailor presentation materials for various stakeholders, including senior management

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support selected projects, including contributing to the development of business cases

Perform market and competitor analyses to identify optimization opportunities

Your Profile

Student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study

First practical experience in consulting, corporate strategy/development, or a clear ambition to build a career in consulting or a comparable analytical environment would be an advantage

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Enjoys cross-functional work and contact with senior stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Confident with AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) and a critical eye for their output

Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
