Aesthetic Clinic Manager / Supervisor

• Handle sales/retail operations and lead team.

• Responsible for achieving monthly sales KPIs, sales targets and customer service activities.
• Conduct relevant training and leadership coaching to team for desirable results

• Collaborates with Aesthetics doctor to offer professional consultations in skin, body, and hair care.
• Advocate the clinic's range of services and products in a manner that educates the customer.

• Offer high-quality customer service and after-sales support.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns and sales tactics to increase revenue and new patient count, improve retention and loyalty.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist in operations in clinic when needed. This includes but not limited to, reception and admin work, patient care assistance and doctor-patient consultations.

Requirements

Min 2 years of relevant experience.
