Process Specialist (Industrial Wastewater)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Detailed design of process systems for water and wastewater treatment plants, including screening equipment, physical-chemical treatment plants, biological treatment plants, blower equipment, odour control plants, disinfection plants, sludge treatment plants, desalination process, etc.
- Detailed design of ancillary systems including chemical feed systems, mechanical ventilation systems, and drainage systems.
- Preparation of Process Flow Diagrams and P&IDs.
- General Arrangement and equipment layout drawings.
- Preparation of process equipment specifications.
- Review and evaluation of vendor submissions.
- Coordination with other disciplines e.g. civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, building services, instrumentation & control designers and digital water specialists.
- Able to lead meetings, HAZOP, discussions with clients, contractors and vendors.
- Provide engineering support for bids & proposals.
- Prepare testing and commissioning plans
- Process Testing & Commissioning
- Keeping abreast with latest development in water treatment technology and suitably applies in the design
Candidate shall have minimum of 10 years’ experience in the process design of water / wastewater treatment (industrial)
