Senior Market & Customer Intelligence Associate - Real Estate

Our client is a leading semi-government real estate development company in Abu Dhabi and they are currently looking for Market & Customer Intelligence role to be part of their CX & Insights team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying market trends, conducting competitive analyses, and providing actionable insights to guide strategic planning and development.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Conduct UAE real estate market analysis, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi, covering supply, demand, pricing, sales velocity, absorption, and rental trends.
• Monitor market, competitor, economic, demographic, and regulatory trends and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Collect and analyse data from Quanta, government platforms, market reports, CRM systems, and other intelligence sources.
• Develop market forecasts, competitive benchmarks, sales analysis, dashboards, and management reports to support decision-making.
• Analyse project and sales performance, identifying market gaps, customer trends, and opportunities to optimise pricing, sales, and marketing strategies.
• Provide market intelligence and feasibility input to support development decisions, project launches, pricing, and timing.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and risks to strengthen the company's competitive positioning.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, development, and external consultants.
• Leverage real estate analytics and technology platforms, including Quanta and CRM tools, to improve data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics , or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in real estate market analysis, property research, or a similar role.
• Experience working in UAE real estate markets, particularly Abu Dhabi, is highly desirable
