Position Overview:
As an Automotive Detailer, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding first impression for our customers. You'll ensure every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and prepared to dealership standards before delivery. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence help showcase our vehicles and enhance the overall customer experience.

What You'll Do:
Thoroughly clean, polish, wax, and protect vehicle exteriors
Vacuum, shampoo, steam clean, and deodorize vehicle interiors
Clean engine compartments, wheels, tires, windows, and trim
Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet Berlin City quality standards
Prepare new, used, and customer vehicles for delivery
Identify and report cosmetic damage or repair needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe detailing area
Properly use and maintain detailing equipment, tools, and cleaning products
Follow all dealership safety procedures and environmental guidelines
Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are ready on time
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous automotive detailing experience required
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently while meeting deadlines
Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be at least 18 years of age
Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
Authorized to work in the United States
