Electronics Team Leader

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and supervise Electronics Engineers & Technicians.
- Design and review electronic circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts.
- Lead hardware development from prototype to production.
- Review BOMs, component selection, and PCB manufacturing packages.
- Ensure designs meet quality, safety, EMC/EMI, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
- Lead hardware testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with R&D, Mechanical, Embedded Software, Production, Procurement & Quality teams.
- Ensure proper technical documentation, revision control, and engineering standards.
What We ’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Electronics Hardware Design & Development.
- 2+ years in a Senior / Technical Leadership / Team Leadership role.
- Strong experience with Analog & Digital Electronics, Schematic Design & PCB Layout.
- Hands-on experience with PCB Manufacturing & Assembly.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, KiCad, EasyEDA, or equivalent EDA tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and hardware debugging skills.
- Experience with electronic test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Power Supplies & Signal Generators.
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI, Signal Integrity, Grounding, Thermal Management & Electrical Protection.
- Embedded systems / microcontroller experience is a plus.

- Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
