Barista

Working days : Wed - Fri: 7:15am - 4.30pm Sat & Sun: 7.15am - 5pm Mon & Tue: off day Duties: Prepare drinks, coffee with latte art, and other barista duties. ⁠Good knowledge of making espresso-based coffee using commercial espresso coffee machines. Provide good FOH service including taking orders and serving food and drinks. Do stock take. Assist kitchen preparation work when needed. Assist kitchen during busy timing. Clean shop and other BOH duties. Report to cafe supervisor and owners. What we're looking for: Punctual, responsible and reliable, and positive attitude. Able to manage multiple tasks during busy periods. Have good food hygiene and safety practices. Minimum 1 year barista experience (latte art skills is a must). Provide good customer service. Physically and mentally fit. Have valid food safety Level 1 certificate.
