Deposit Mobilizer

Responsibilities:

Mobilize deposits from individuals, businesses, organizations, and other prospective customers. Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the Bank’s deposit portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Meet and consistently exceed assigned deposit mobilization targets. Promote the Bank’s savings, investment, and deposit products. Conduct market research and identify potential depositors and business opportunities. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and deposit activities. Provide regular reports on deposit mobilization activities and performance. Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns. Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to achieve business objectives. Ensure all customer acquisition activities comply with the Bank’s policies and regulatory

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience A minimum of a degree in a related field
