Director/Associate, Hospitality Interior

Partner closely with senior leadership to steer the team and translate business goals into on-ground delivery, shaping the creative and delivery direction of hospitality projects

Own project P&L end-to-end, balancing design ambition with commercial discipline; this is a combination of Design Leadership and Project Management function

Lead client relationships independently, building trust and confidence at every touchpoint

Guide design development and project administration, keeping quality and standards front and centre

Mentor and grow the team, offering feedback that sharpens both craft and confidence

Champion the studio's culture and values, staying actively engaged in wider office initiatives and events

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Designing
• Minimum 7 years of experience especially in Hospitality, Commercial or Luxury/High-End Residential projects.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
