Production Manager

1. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Dairy manufacturing, with prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of production processes, production planning, quality control, and manufacturing operations.
3. Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, or other industry-specific standards.
4. Ability to develop production schedules, manage production capacity, and optimize the use of resources.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production-related issues effectively.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
7. Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and workplace safety practices.
8. Ability to work under pressure, meet production targets, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
9. High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
10. Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime, when required.
