Plant Finance Costing

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Plant Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or a related role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered).
3. Strong understanding of Cost Accounting, Standard Costing, Budgeting, Cost Control, and Financial Analysis.
4. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) calculations.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other analytical functions.
6. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP (FI/CO/MM), Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
9. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
