*Bannister Nissan Chilliwack is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant. *

*And we're doing things a little differently. *

*$4,000 PER MONTH SALARY + VOLUME BONUSES STARTING AT JUST 8 VEHICLES *

*That's a $48,000 annual base salary, before volume bonuses. You don't have to sell 15 or 20 vehicles before seeing your first volume bonus. Our volume bonus program begins at 8 units sold. *

*We believe good salespeople perform better when they can focus on customers, follow-up and building their business instead of worrying about whether they'll be able to pay their bills next month. *

*WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:*

*We're not necessarily looking for someone who's spent 10 years selling cars. *

*We're looking for the right person. *

*Someone who: *

• *Genuinely enjoys talking with and helping people *
• *Is confident without being pushy *
• *Can build relationships and earn trust*
• *Is competitive and motivated by achieving goals *
• *Is comfortable with phone, text, email and video *
• *Follows up when they say they're going to *
• *Can work within a proven sales process*
• *Takes coaching and wants to improve*
• *Understands that great customer service doesn't end when the vehicle is delivered *
• *Shows up with a positive attitude and contributes to the team *

*Experience in automotive sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, wireless, finance or other customer-facing environments can be an asset, but automotive experience isn't necessarily required. *

*Attitude, work ethic, communication skills and coachability matter to us. *

*WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING *

*You'll help customers through the entire vehicle-buying process, including: *

• *Responding quickly to online, phone and in-store inquiries Learning what the customer actually needs before recommending a vehicle *
• *Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives *
• *Using video to introduce yourself and vehicles to customers *
• *Following up consistently with unsold customers *
• *Maintaining relationships with previous customers *
• *Asking for referrals and reviews*
• *Building your own customer base *
• *Using social media and Marketplace as additional ways to generate opportunities *
• *Working with our management team to put deals together and deliver an excellent customer experience *

*This isn't a position where you sit at a desk waiting for someone to walk through the door. We'll assist in providing opportunities, tools, inventory and support ? but we're looking for someone who also wants to create opportunities of their own. *

*COMPENSATION *

*Guaranteed Salary: $4,000/month ($48,000/year) PLUS volume bonuses beginning at only 8 vehicles sold. The better you perform, the more you can earn. *

*Most importantly, you start with the security of a real salary instead of relying entirely on commission. *

*We care about more than simply closing a deal. We want someone who: Responds quickly. Follows up consistently. Uses video. Takes care of customers. Asks for the appointment. Asks for the sale. Builds relationships. And wants to get better every month. *

*You'll have expectations and accountability, but you'll also know exactly what's expected of you and have management available to help you succeed. *
