Leading A1 Main Contractor |Large Scale Building Construction Projects Position: Architectural Coordinator  Salary: SGD 6,500 – SGD 8,500 (Highly Negotiable)  Project Types: Commercial I Mixed-Used Development I Major Building Projects  Location: Singapore  Contact: s.nazir@banenassociates.com COMPENSATION & BENEFITS  Competitive Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits + Travel / Site Allowance and other attractive employee benefits.  ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY  We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator for major building projects in Singapore.  The role will coordinate architectural works, technical submissions and site execution, ensuring smooth integration with C&S and M&E works.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Coordinate architectural works, drawings and technical submissions.  Review drawings, material specifications and architectural requirements.  Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.  Coordinate architectural interfaces with C&S and M&E works.  Resolve design, technical and site coordination issues.  Monitor site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards. 

KEY REQUIREMENTS  Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction or related discipline.  Relevant experience in architectural coordination for building projects.  Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous.  Good knowledge of architectural drawings, finishes and construction coordination.  Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
