Job Description

Daily production of bakery bread products in accordance with specifications from recipes

Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards

Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations

Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs

Requirements

Certificate in Baking Skills or its equivalent

Preferably 1 year of baking experience

Those with no experience but have got passion for baking are welcome to apply

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

5 working days per week with the ability to work on weekends/public holidays
