Customer Service and Support Operations

Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales conversion while supporting order processing, inventory records, bookkeeping, dispatch coordination and general daily operations.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, sales ability, attention to detail, basic digital and record-keeping skills, reliability, teamwork, initiative and willingness to learn. Previous customer service, sales or operations experience is an advantage.
