Retail Supervisor (Ladies Fashion) - MBS/Orchard

Shop Supervisor / Assistant Manager As part of the ba&sh team you will be expected to help develop the brand with dedication, enthusiasm, and elegance. You must be a role model on selling floor. Main responsibilities •    Provide the highest level of customer service & the professional suggestions and complete  the sales performance goals actively •        Maintain the overall image of the store in accordance with the visual merchandising guidelines •        Organize and manage inventory •         Leading & motivating employees to achieve targets. •         Assist shop manager for shop operations work, people management & field training . Requirements •         Have 2-3 years prior fashion retail experience in a high-end environment •        Demonstrate outstanding customer service •         Be a fashion expert with impeccable presentation and good personality •        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. •        Be a WeChat, Little Red App and Instagram user would be a plus •         Be dynamic and proactive •       Be a team player
