Senior Cost Accountant

Prepare and maintain standard costs for all products and production processes.

Analyze direct materials, labor, and overhead costs.

Monitor production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Perform monthly cost variance analysis and investigate deviations.

Review BOMs (Bill of Materials) and routing structures.

Ensure accurate inventory valuation and costing records.

Participate in month-end closing activities related to costing.

Analyze production efficiency and manufacturing performance indicators.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities with cost data.

Prepare periodic cost reports for management.

Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies and costing procedures.

Assist in internal and external audits related to inventory and costing.

Recommend process improvements to enhance cost control and profitability

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

CPA or Cost Accounting Certification is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards and Manufacturing Accounting. - Advanced Excel , Power BI ,and ERP Systems knowledge.
