Job Summary

Deliver engaging lessons in English, Mathematics, and Science tailored to individual student needs. Collaborate with parents and the teaching team to foster a motivating learning environment and support smooth centre operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons in Primary/Secondary Level English, Mathematics, and Science that meet diverse student learning styles and needs
• Customize lesson plans to enhance student understanding and engagement
• Create and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that motivates students to achieve academic goals
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to report student progress and address concerns effectively
• Assist in curriculum development to align with student needs and educational standards
• Perform basic administrative duties and provide front-desk support to ensure smooth daily centre operations
• Collaborate with teaching and operations teams to enhance the overall learning experience for students and parents
• Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate students across primary to secondary age groups
• Manage work schedule to include evenings and weekends to meet student availability

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Art, Sciences, Engineering, Education, or related field (preferably)
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience
• Familiarity with the Singapore school curriculum (MOE syllabus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
