Install, service, maintain, troubleshoot and repair air-conditioning and refrigeration systems , including AHU, FCU, split units and related equipment.
Carry out installation of refrigerant piping, chilled-water piping, drainage piping, ductwork and associated components according to drawings and site requirements.
Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of ACMV equipment and systems.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults , including compressors, motors, pumps, control panels, thermostats, sensors and related components.
Carry out refrigerant charging, pressure testing, vacuuming, leak testing and system commissioning where required.
Read and understand technical drawings, equipment manuals and work instructions and carry out works according to project specifications.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors and other trades to complete installation and maintenance works according to the project schedule.
Follow all WSH requirements, risk assessments, safe work procedures and site safety regulations while carrying out work.
Maintain tools and equipment properly and prepare service reports, maintenance records and work completion reports when required.
Perform other ACMV, air-conditioning and refrigeration-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
