Your Profile fluent in English and German

good working knowledge of MS Office

currently living in Hamburg or the surrounding area (within commuting distance)

strong communication skills and service mentality

high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn

ability to work independently and grasp things quickly

nice to have: international travelling

ideally, initial experience in a call center setting
