Senior Manufacturing Manager

Managing day-to-day production operations, manufacturing on-site activities and team to ensure production quantity, scrap and quality targets are met  Enforce on line management, WIP management and lot movement to achievement minimum lot on hold to meet OTD and cycle time  Review with factory planning team and establish materials, equipment and manpower resource requirement timely.  Provide training and coaching to production team in problem solving and time management skill.  Drive engineering in implement error proof methodology to achieve zero mishandling in the line.  Drive with engineering on rationalization projects in material/packaging/process in meeting company target.  Compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standard, Safety work environment and cleanroom protocol.  Develop a high performing team, build technical and leadership capability within the organization to meet the current and future business needs. Requirements Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.  Experience in high volume production of electronics components in an MNC or semiconductor industry
