Job Responsibilities

1. Understand clients' lifestyles, preferences and design requirements.
2. Develop mood boards and interior design concepts.
3. Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualisations.
4. Prepare quotations and design proposals for clients.
5. Create content for social media and marketing activities.
6. Assist with site inspections, workmanship checks and coordination with suppliers and contractors.
7. Keep clients updated on project progress and timelines.
8. Prepare and submit progress billing documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Proficiency in 2D drafting and 3D visualisation software.
• Good communication and client relationship management skills.
• Commercial awareness and a willingness to contribute to sales.
• A responsible attitude and commitment to project completion.
• An interest in Japanese-inspired design, natural materials and craftsmanship is an advantage.
