Head of Sales

Astrum is a boutique real estate agency of Family Property Office format in Abu Dhabi. We are working with premium product, private and corporate clients, structured sales.

Currently we are looking for a Head of Sales to take a key role in building our Abu Dhabi office.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage a team of brokers
• Hire, onboard and develop the team
• Build and grow the sales department
• Own targets and KPIs
• Sales analytics, reporting and process improvement

• Office-based role, 5/2 schedule (Monday–Friday)
