General Cleaning & Pest Control Officer

Monitor and coordinate general cleaning & pest control activities across hubs and warehouses.

Conduct regular site visits and random checks to ensure service quality and compliance with standards.

Manage OB Mobile schedules, attendance, and service execution across multiple locations.

Coordinate with pest control teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders for operational needs.

Compile field findings and maintain documentation, checklists, and reports through AppSheet and email.

Follow up on operational issues and ensure corrective actions are completed.

Support vendor sourcing and coordination for additional facility needs when required.

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major.

1+ year of working experience, preferably in GA, Facility, Operations, or similar roles.

Experience handling cleaning/OB manpower or vendors is a plus.

Strong coordination, organizational, and documentation skills.

Comfortable doing field visits and working across multiple locations.

Familiar with digital tools for data collection and reporting.
