Update and maintain payment tracker inventory
Generate and process bills in Ms Dynamics 365 inventory system
Organize and file inventory documents
Receiving invoices from vendors
Recording vendor invoices
Inputting vendor data into the system
Entering physical documents into the system
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as Account Payable Officer
Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and financial reporting
Proficiency in Ms. Office preferably Ms. Excel
Fast-paced adaptability and detail-oriented
Strong communication and time management
