Management Trainee

In ACC Management Trainee program, you can learn the underlying principles of running a business, avoid common pitfalls, pitch ideas more effectively, validate your financing or non financing product, develop a solid business model, and set yourself up for success in a field where failure is common. Qualification:

• Fresh graduates (open to all majors)
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Experience in leading an organization
• Strong conceptual thinking and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and planning abilities
• Willing to be placed in all regions across Indonesia
• Officially graduated (holding a graduation certificate or diploma) and available to start the program in December 2026
